Are you still operating during Coronavirus?
Yes, Lee Harvey Computing is continuing to operate a mobile computer repair service during the Coronavirus pandemic.

How much do you charge?
We will have to diagnose your computer before we can tell you this, but we will give you an estimate and no work will be carried out until we have given you a total cost for the repair.
Can you repair games consoles (PlayStation, Xbox etc.)
No, we only repair Desktop, Laptop and Tablet Computers.
How long will it take to repair my computer?
Most repairs will be completed at your premises within 1-2 hours. However, with more in depth repairs please allow 24 – 48 hours, this is also dependent on whether we need to order any parts in to complete the repair.
Do you repair Apple Macs?
No, we do not repair Apple Macs, but we can perform the initial set up from new for you. We do repair some Apple iPads. Please call us to discuss the issue, if we can’t help, we can point you in the right direction.
Why do you have to take my computer away to be repaired?
There are situations when either it will take too long to repair in-house, or when your computer needs to be taken apart to be repaired. To prevent further damage to your computer repairs must be completed in a controlled dust free environment.
My laptop screen is cracked/broken can you replace it?
Yes, we replace many broken laptop screens every year. We will need the make and model number to give you a price, but we can come to you to you to get this, if you are unsure.
What times are you open?
We are open from 9am – 8pm on weekdays and 9am – 1pm on Saturdays. However, we are a mobile repair company so if you are unable to get hold of us, we may be on a call out. Please leave a message and we will always return your call within a couple hours.
How do I make payment?
We can except payment by cash or we always carry a card machine that excepts most major debit or credit cards. We will also except payment by bank transfer, this will however need to be done before we leave your premises.
Will I lose any of my information or computer data?
We will always back up your data before we carry out any major repairs. But it is also the responsibility of the end user to backup their own data. We may not be able to guarantee this if your hard drive has failed or your computer has had a major problem, but we will always try to save your information.
Do you charge a call out fee for computer repairs?
We do not charge a call out fee if you live within a 10-mile radius of our location in St Austell, Cornwall. However, we do charge just £10 to any area outside the 10 miles, just enough to cover our travel costs. See the locations we serve across Cornwall.
